How Daily Flow fits your day
What's in the capsule, what the format does, and how to make it part of your routine.
One routine. Two capsules. Every day.
Daily Flow is built to be easy to keep, because consistency is what a daily supplement depends on.
- 1
Take two with water
Once a day, any time that fits your routine. Morning works for most people.
- 2
The capsule passes the stomach
A delayed-release shell is designed to stay closed through stomach acid, which can break down enzymes.
- 3
Ingredients release, daily
The enzymes and rutin are released further along the digestive tract. Day after day, it becomes part of your routine.*

How circulation works, in plain words
Your heart pumps oxygen-rich blood out through your arteries. Your veins carry it back. In your legs, that return trip gets help from your calf muscles, which squeeze the veins every time you walk.
Long periods of standing still or sitting still give that muscle pump less to do. That's why movement breaks, hydration and comfortable routines matter. Daily Flow is designed to be one steady habit alongside them.*
Four ingredients. Nothing hidden.
Tap an ingredient to see what it is, where it comes from, and how strong the research behind it is.
Exact amounts are on the Supplement Facts panel printed on every bottle. We are adding the full panel to this page.

Make it stick
Supplements only work as part of a routine you actually keep.
- Same time daily: pair it with something you already do, like morning coffee.
- Keep moving: stand up, walk or flex your ankles every hour on long days.
- Hydrate: take your capsules with a full glass of water.
- Know the red flags: sudden, one-sided or painful leg swelling needs a doctor, not a supplement.
Make tomorrow's routine a little lighter.
Two capsules a day, four named ingredients, every amount printed.
