Our money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with every HERBAIRE product. If a product isn't right for you, contact us within the guarantee window for that product and we will refund your order in full. You do not need to send the product back.

How to request a refund
Email support@herbaire.com or use our contact page with your order number. A real person replies to every message. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval depending on your bank.
Pre-orders
Some products are sold on pre-order. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we will email you before then with a new date and the choice to cancel for a full refund.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
